Welcome to StephenElk.com! This is my personal website for information about my professional research and personal information. I am a trained data scientist specializing in analysis of people, psychometrics, and policy. I also proudly own ELK Research & Analytics, LLC, where I assist clients on issues ranging from survey data research, to message targeting and mobilization strategies, to voting rights cases. My personal research primarily focuses on the politics of race, immigration, and ethnicity through the lenses of behavioral and comparative politics. More specifically, my existing and continued work evaluates discrimination, public policy, and political psychology. I am primarily inspired and driven by my experiences with inclusion and discrimination as a bi-racial, first-generation Arab-American Muslim.
